BotaGo was founded by teams in Taiwan and Japan, each bringing over a decade of experience in cross-border logistics. Built on hands-on expertise in warehousing, international transportation, customs clearance, and delivery, we are developing Shopping Logistics services that connect Japan and Taiwan.

We believe the cross-border shopping experience begins before a purchase is made. Whether a product can be shipped, its total cost delivered to the customer, and the available shipping options should all inform the buying decision. By approaching shopping from a logistics perspective, we bring these considerations forward—making cross-border transactions clearer and more predictable.

BotaGo is integrating AI Agents into established logistics operations, connecting product identification, price comparison, cost estimates, and shipping eligibility checks with purchasing, warehousing, customs clearance, and delivery. AI helps organize information and flag potential risks, while experienced teams provide operational judgment and execution—grounding technology in real-world logistics expertise.
